The Colossal Shop ships worldwide via USPS from our Chicago headquarters. We ship orders Monday through Friday. Shipments within the U.S. should arrive within 2-6 business days.
Priority Mail Express is available for 1-2 day delivery to US addresses.
Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express shipments include online tracking. Please wait 24-48 hours for the tracking code to update on the USPS website. If you do not receive an email with a shipping notice and tracking code please check your spam folder. If you're still having trouble, contact us at email@example.com and we will send one to you.
First Class Mail comes with a general tracking number but may not update the package location until the delivery date.
The Colossal Shop does not guarantee delivery dates for any shipments.
For orders that weigh less than 1 lb (sent via USPS First Class Mail), and all Express orders, we utilize real-time carrier shipping based on total order weight. All other orders ship via Priority Mail at flat rate tiers of $7.95, $9.95, $12.95, or $15.95 based on total order weight.
We are happy to ship to countries around the world via USPS. Because of customs it is difficult to estimate delivery times. It seems most international shipments arrive within two weeks but occasionally take longer.
- USPS First Class Mail International: Most affordable. Most packages arrive in 1-3 weeks, but times may vary. Please be be aware that parcel tracking may not be available for USPS FCMI.
- USPS Priority Mail International: Packages arrive usually within 10 days. Includes parcel tracking.
The Colossal Shop offers shipping rates based on total order weight. We also offer special flat rates for the UK, Australia, and Canada.
Customs Fees / VAT / Duties:
For customers outside the United States, please be aware that you - or the recipient, if you are sending a gift - may be responsible for additional customs fees, VAT, or duties charged during the process of delivering your order. These fees are controlled by government authorities in your home country and can vary from area to area. It is unfortunately quite difficult to estimate what these fees might be prior to shipping and we encourage you to check with the laws in your area if you have further questions. In these instances the item will be held by your local post office; if your item has not arrived, please check with your local post office.
We are unable to ship to: Brazil, China, Colombia, Greece, India, Indonesia, Italy, Lebanon, Mexico, Peru, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam.
