The Shenandoah Valley, in the Blue Ridge Mountains along the border of Virginia and West Virginia, is an amazing place. Such an amazing place, in fact, that the folks at Field Notes decided to pay tribute to its amazingness with this special edition notebook.
Each set includes three notebooks with different green French cover stocks that match the leaf color of three trees found at Shenandoah National Park: the Sweet Birch, the Chestnut Oak, and the Red Maple. On the reverse of each cover Field Notes has added the color of the tree's fall foliage. Then, just to make things a little more special, Field Notes added an illustration of a leaf and some facts about the tree on the back cover.
Reflecting the value of the great national park itself, Field Notes' Shenandoah edition is an amazing place to preserve what we can't afford to lose.
